Words within and silence above,
Quietness within and voices above.
Still do I stand, watching the clouds afloat,
Some come close and a few shy away.
Looking around do I find,
None a face to talk to.
None a face to pause and listen,
And judge not for my existence.
And judge not for my appearance,
For my sex, caste, religion or my age.
If I could let my forever silence,
Seep out slowly.
And one true face could I find,
To listen,
Words within and silence above.
To read,
Quietness within amidst the voices above.
